Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your data when you use AI Tools Hub. We keep it short and specific: we collect what the service needs to work, and nothing else.

Last updated: 11 September 2026

What we collect

Your email address when you create an account, and a hashed password if you sign up with email. The text and prompts you submit to a tool, together with the tool settings and the result. Basic usage data (which tool ran, when, how many credits it consumed). We do not run advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To run the tools you ask for, to keep your credit balance accurate, to show you your own history, to reply when you contact support, and to detect abuse such as automated credit farming.

Who processes it

Payments are handled by PayPal, so card details never reach our servers. Text you submit is sent to the AI model providers that generate the answer, strictly to process that request. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Task and usage history is deleted on the retention schedule shown in your account. Invoices and order records are kept longer where tax law requires it. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account, or object to a specific use. Write to the address below and we will answer within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a few first-party cookies that the service cannot work without: a session cookie (httpOnly, so scripts cannot read it) and a CSRF token cookie. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
