Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Zhankeng. By creating an account or using a tool you accept them.

The service
Zhankeng provides online tools that process text and images, mostly with third-party AI models. Runs are paid for with credits: some tools are free within your signup credits, others require a subscription.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account. One person per account; do not share credentials. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
Do not use the tools for anything illegal, to generate harmful content, to infringe someone else's rights, to attack or overload the service, or to resell the output as a competing tool. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Adult and sexual content
Adult content is banned. Do not use any tool — and especially not the AI image tools (background removal, portrait styling, ID photo, photo restoration, image tagging, OCR and invoice parsing) — to create, generate, upload, edit, enhance, restore or analyse pornographic, NSFW, sexual or sexually explicit material. This covers nudity, sexual acts and sexualised depictions of real people, and it covers imagery of minors without exception. Requests like these are refused, the material is deleted, and an account that keeps sending them is suspended without refund. Only upload images you are entitled to use, and never upload an image of another person without their consent. Report content that breaks this rule to support@zhankeng.com.
Credits, subscriptions and refunds
Credits are prepaid and are consumed by each run; unused credits stay on your account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and cancelling stops the next renewal. Because usage costs are incurred immediately, credits already consumed are not refundable except where the law requires it.
Refunds and cancellation
A run that fails is refunded automatically. Unused credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase, back to the original payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled: you can cancel at any time, cancelling stops the next renewal, and the period already paid is not refunded. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected; for credits it ends once you start using them. Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. AI output can be wrong: check it before you rely on it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.
Termination and changes
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for abuse, or stop offering a tool. If we change these terms we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you by email.
