These terms are the agreement between you and AI Tools Hub. By creating an account or using a tool you accept them.

The service
AI Tools Hub provides online tools that process text and images, mostly with third-party AI models. Runs are paid for with credits: some tools are free within your signup credits, others require a subscription.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account. One person per account; do not share credentials. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
Do not use the tools for anything illegal, to generate harmful content, to infringe someone else's rights, to attack or overload the service, or to resell the output as a competing tool. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Credits, subscriptions and refunds
Credits are prepaid and are consumed by each run; unused credits stay on your account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and cancelling stops the next renewal. Because usage costs are incurred immediately, credits already consumed are not refundable except where the law requires it.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. AI output can be wrong: check it before you rely on it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.
Termination and changes
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for abuse, or stop offering a tool. If we change these terms we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you by email.
