How it works

  1. 1.Import the table (Excel, CSV, TSV or JSON, or paste) and tick one to three columns that identify a record — a customer name, an address…
  2. 2.Set the similarity threshold: lower groups more rows, 1.00 only groups rows that are identical after normalising. Company suffixes can be ignored.
  3. 3.Press Find duplicates: each group lists its rows with the compared value and the lowest score, so you can pick the row to keep.
  4. 4.Export the deduplicated table as CSV or Excel, or just the duplicate groups to review them first.

How many credits does Fuzzy Dedupe cost?
Everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded: free accounts pay 1 credit per run, and Pro or Pro+ members run it as often as they like.
Is the content I paste private?
Fuzzy Dedupe uses your input only to generate the result. Stored results are deleted automatically by our retention policy, and you can remove any run from your history.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Fuzzy Dedupe works in any modern browser — nothing to download or install.
