How it works

  1. 1.Import the table you want to check (Excel, CSV, TSV or JSON, or paste) before you import or send it out.
  2. 2.Add the rules you need: required, unique, number range, date order, a pattern (email, phone, URL, postcode, IPv4, IBAN or your own expression) and allowed values.
  3. 3.Press Check the table: every problem is listed with its row number, the column, the rule it broke and the value.
  4. 4.Export the problem rows — with their original row numbers — as CSV or Excel. Failing a rule is not the same as bad data.

Table Validator uses your input only to generate the result. Stored results are deleted automatically by our retention policy, and you can remove any run from your history.
