Permanently replace names, emails, IDs or custom patterns in a .docx, and clear comments, revisions and metadata.
This rewrites text nodes in word/*.xml (body, headers, footers, footnotes, endnotes). Revisions are accepted, comments deleted and document properties cleared. It does not OCR text inside images, charts or embedded objects; always review the residual report before sharing.
