Convert a .docx into Markdown or plain text, with images packaged into an assets folder.
v1 converts headings, paragraphs, bold/italic/strike, lists, tables, external links, images and footnote references. Images are copied as original bytes into assets/. Complex fields, charts and SmartArt are not converted; layout is not preserved.
