How the matrix is built

The two value lists are multiplied into every combination, the SKU template fills in the parent code and both values (normalised to A-Z, 0-9 and dashes), and per-value adjustments are added to the base price. Warnings never block the table: you get the full matrix plus a list of things to fix before uploading.
