How the score is built
Each metric is normalised to 0-100: the cheapest quote, the shortest lead time and the lowest MOQ score 100, and the worst of the set scores 0. Payment terms count up to 90 days (longer is better), defect rate runs down from 0% to 5%. Price takes the weight you set with the slider; lead time 25, MOQ 15, payment 10 and defect rate 10 share what is left.
Scores come from the numbers you paste. Quality, certificates and past delivery history are not in the model — keep them in mind before signing.
