How the diagnosis works
Every stage gets a rate (clicks ÷ impressions, cart adds ÷ clicks, purchases ÷ clicks) and a market share (your ASIN count ÷ the total count). The benchmark is the median of that same report, not a fixed number, so the diagnosis is relative to your own catalogue. A query with almost no volume is left unjudged on purpose.
Reading the report does not tell you why a stage leaks; use the diagnosis to pick where to look, then check the listing, offers and reviews yourself.
