What is a good eNPS?
It depends on your sector and country, so compare against your own previous rounds rather than a benchmark. What matters is the direction and whether the same driver keeps coming up in the follow-up answers.
Should the survey be anonymous?
Yes, and say so in the invitation. If a team is smaller than five people, report the results for the wider group instead of the team.
