Employment Verification Letter

An employment verification letter does one job: it confirms, on company letterhead, who the person is, what they do and since when.

Fill in the fields and the letter is written for you in a formal, neutral tone, with a subject line you can paste into an email. Nothing required is left blank: if a field is missing, no letter is produced.

HR Letter Builder

Generate employment verification, reference, termination, warning, salary increase, promotion, PIP and offer letters from one form.

Confirms who the person is, what they do and since when — for banks, landlords or visa paperwork.

Fill the fields on the left. Anything marked required that is still empty means no letter is produced — that way nothing goes out with a placeholder in it.

Choose a letter type and fill in the fields.

These are standard templates in English, not legal advice. Termination and warning letters have legal requirements that differ by country — have them reviewed before you send them.

Frequently asked questions

Should I include the salary?
Only if the person asks and your policy allows it — banks and landlords often want it, visa offices usually do not. Add it on the key-points line.
Is this an employment contract?
No. It only confirms the facts of employment. Contracts and termination notices are different documents.
